What is RAC Members' Voice?

RAC Members' Voice is a place for you to discuss ideas, opinions and experiences about RAC. Conversations vary; we may be talking about road safety today, and tomorrow, we’ll be talking about travel and holidays.

How do I give some feedback directly to RAC?

Who manages the RAC Members' Voice community?

RAC Members' Voice is managed by a team of researchers at Evolved Insights and RAC. To get in touch with RAC Members' Voice you can email us on membersvoice@rac.com.au or go to the contact us page once you’ve registered.

Website maintenance and technical support is provided by Evolved Insights. For more detail, please go to www.theevolvedgroup.com.

How are my survey responses handled?

Survey responses are collated and analysed collectively by Evolved Insights and RAC, who will then use this information to improve RAC's product and services and inform RAC’s advocacy for a better WA.

Will I get to see the results?

We will provide you with regular updates on what we have learnt.

In short, no. RAC Members’ Voice is a place for you to discuss ideas with others. The team at RAC Members’ Voice will follow the discussion, and where we can add value, we will comment.

How do I register to be part of RAC Members’ Voice?

Please register for RAC Members' Voice by providing us with your First Name, Last name and email address and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Statement.
Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive an email confirming your email address and a link that will direct you to the RAC Members' Voice site.
From there we’d love you to fill out some profile information so we can get to know you better and can tailor the most relevant content for you.

How do I update my details?

You can update your details at any time via your Profile page.

Prizes and rewards

How do I earn points?

You can earn points on RAC Members' Voice by being active on the community. Contributing to polls, surveys, conversations and sharing your experiences all earn you points. Each point gives you an entry into the monthly prize draw. Click on My Account in the top right hand corner of the page to see how many points you have earned. For more detail, you can also click on My Activity, which you will find on the My Account menu under My Prizes.

Tell me more about the prize draws

RAC Members' Voice offers entry into a monthly draw with $500 in e-gift cards to be won each month. Every point you earn completing RAC Members' Voice activities gives you another entry into the prize draw.

How will I receive my prize?

Your prize will be emailed to you when you redeem. The email will have a link to the GiftPay website where you select your gift card(s). If you do not receive the email containing the link, please get in touch with support@giftpay.com and they will be able to resend your link.

Be respectful of other members of RAC Members' Voice

We encourage all members of RAC Members' Voice to share the thoughts and experiences openly. Participants are expected to be respectful of others. Content deemed to be offensive, abusive, harassing, untrue or unkind will be removed from RAC Members' Voice.
Authors of this type of content may also be removed from RAC Members’ Voice.
